We are planning our first disney trip next year in September, what we would like to know which resort is best for a family of five and isn't pricey? And what events are usually taken place in the beginning of September? I'm on a budget of 3 grand!!

Hi Esmeralda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I am glad to hEAR you are planning a magical Disney vacation for your family.
There are many excellent resort hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort, but if you are looking for a value resort, I suggest you consider Disney’s All Star Music Resort. Their family suites can accommodate up to 06 adults, have two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The hotel is beautiful; you can take pictures with amazing large-sized music-inspired icons you will find outside, and relax by its heated guitar-shaped pool.
Regarding special events, usually in the beginning of September, there is still some Summer event going on, and later, you will have the amazing Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. I suggest you keep checking at disneyparksblog.com for updates. They provide official information about all the events that happens at the WDW.
Hope this information helps your planning. Come back again if you have further questions.
    Wishing you a fantastic day!
