We are planning our first Disney Trip - 2 adults and 3 kids (4, 2, 1). We can go anytime and are thinking September, January or February. When can we get the best deals? What is the weather usually like for those months?

    Cheryl:

Although the weather in January and February is much more pleasant than September, our family has found that the best deal Disney offers annually is its FREE Dining offer, in fact, it's just been extended!

When you book a vacation package by July 26 that includes at least three nights in a Disney hotel and at least a one-day theme park ticket for everyone in your party (well, in your case, just the two adults and your 4-year-old, your 2- and 1-year-old are free), you will receive the Basic Dining Plan which includes one table service meal, one quick service meal and one snack, per person, per day!  (OK. Whitney, breathe....can you tell I'm excited about free dining?!)

The only drawback to September is the steamy weather, but you can always go at the end of the offer dates (Free Dining begins 8/22 and ends 10/3) to increase your chances of less heat....To get started booking with the free dining plan, just click here.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
