We are planning our first cruise for Nov 30 2015, 4 nights to Nassau and Castaway Cay. Can you tell me what onboard activities are NOT included? I saw that movie and deck parties + kids clubs are included, but I was wondering about the live shows/performan

    Hi, Sarah!
It's nice to see a fellow Alabamian visit the Moms Panel with a question - welcome!

The best thing about a Disney Cruise Line vacation is knowing that nearly everything is included in the price! Meals around the clock (including 24-hour Room Service) are included, and you'll find something to please every palate! Each night, you'll dine in one of the ship's main dining rooms, and be treated like VIPs. Your personal wait staff will travel with you each evening, making your dining experience truly magical! There are also two adult-exclusive restaurants, Palo and Remy. There's an extra charge if you choose to dine at these restaurants, but it's worth every penny!

No need to worry about paying for tickets to the shows - they're included! Each evening, you'll enjoy incredible entertainment. From Broadway-style musical stage shows to family-friendly variety acts, Disney Cruise Line provides nightly shows that will amaze and entertain!

If you'll need nursery services for children in your sailing party (under the age of three), there's an hourly charge, and reservations are required. Youth clubs for children ages 3 and up are included, and there are no reservations needed. Other extras that are not included in your cruise fare are Port Adventures, alcoholic beverages, specialty coffee drinks, and gratuities.

I'm happy to hear you'll be visiting my favorite spot on earth - Disney's private island, Castaway Cay. You'll enjoy an amazing lunch on the island, including all-you-care-to-enjoy ice cream, and it's included! Make sure to check your daily schedule to see all the fun activities happening on the island.

It's really up to you how many extras you want to add on to your cruise. You can certainly have the time of your life just enjoying all that's included in the cruise fare. (You can save those extra pennies for a fun souvenir!) I hope this helps with your planning and budgeting!
