Ahoy, Jennifer!
I'm thrilled to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on booking your first cruise with Captain Mickey! You will have a phenomenal time sailing the high seas next April! You've chosen such a fun itinerary for your first Disney Cruise!
You are correct! As a first-time cruiser, you will be able to begin
booking activities once your advance booking window opens 75 days prior to your sail date, and when your cruise is paid in full. Besides making reservations at the adults-only restaurants, this will be the time to book Port Adventures at the different ports of call, schedule nursery time for any smaller sailors at "it's a small world" nursery!, make reservations for Senses Spa & Salon and reserve complimentary tickets to select Character Greetings. Do you have a kiddo who loves princesses? If so, you can also book a reservation for Royal Court Royal Tea. Don't forget to make your little one's transformation complete with a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment onboard, too!
You do not need to make reservations for any of the Broadway-style shows throughout the voyage! Those, along with all the other activities offered each day throughout your cruise, will be listed in your Personal Navigator newsletter and
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The newsletter will be delivered to your stateroom each evening by your stateroom host/hostess! If you'd like to use the app, I suggest downloading it to your mobile device before setting sail.
Jennifer, you probably have so many questions as you're daydreaming about your upcoming cruise! Please come back and visit us again so we can help make your inaugural voyage to paradise a smooth-sailing one!
