Welcome to planDisney Linsey! One of the months I usually visit is February and it is partly because of the memories tied to them.
Crowd levels are not like they usually are in other months combined with my adult-only cousin trip give me fond memories of visits in the middle of winter. I live in New Jersey and a flight down to see the big cheese is usually needed for my winter blues. Some of the
Disney Deluxe Resort Hotels that always come to mind will always be the ones that offer those beautiful views of the
Magic Kingdom Park.
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is just a short walk and offers one, two, and three-bedroom suites. And
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is always a classic luxury option.
Disney's moderate resorts have one of the best options in my opinion in terms of value and space.
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness allow you to get that "roughin' it" type of feeling. Trust me you won't be even close to it. These cabins have all the creature comforts and two separate sleeping quarters. One of the most-popular is
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The
family suites offer room to sleep 6 adults and come in "Finding Nemo", "Cars", and "The Lion King" themes. This resort also has the biggest pool on the property with a mere 308,527 gallons. The Big Blue Pool is inspired by "Finding Nemo" and there is also the Cozy Cone Pool themed with "Cars" in mind. The benefits of choosing this location do not stop there. Another guest favorite is the fact that you have access to the
Disney Skyliner. This state-of-the-art gondola system connects you with two theme parks.
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios are a short ride away and the Skyliner leaves you within walking distance of the entrance to both parks.
I hope these options help you find your place to stay inside the magic when you visit with your folks.
I'm crossing my fingers for some pixie dust to make your vacation as memorable as possible.
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
