Hello, Tacarra!
Woo Hoo! Planning your first trip to Walt Disney World is so much fun, and we are honored you have asked us to help you plan your MAGICAL vacation!
I totally understand your question because I also have a family of seven! Here are my cost-saving suggestions as your start your initial planning for your vacation:
1. Stay at a Value Resort. With a family of seven, there are two options. If your family has a child under the age of three, then I would recommend booking a suite at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort. This suite sleeps six people, but a child under three can be added to your room. This is also the most economical suite available at any Disney Resort property. If the children in your family are all over the age of three, I would recommend booking two adjoining rooms at any of the Disney Value Resorts.
2. Make reservations when Walt Disney World offers FREE Disney Dining. Right NOW, there is a
free Disney Dining promotion going on for the summer that includes one FREE Quick Service meal per day. The last day to make reservations using this promotion is February 29, 2016, so please check out this MAGICAL deal quickly before the clock strikes midnight!
3. Make your reservations during a "slow" time of the year. I don't know the flexibility of your schedule, but there are times of the year that are more economical to make reservations. You can typically find cheaper prices around April, May, late August, and September.
I know this just scratched the surface, so let us know if you have other questions! We are here to help in any way!
Have a MAGICAL day!
