Hi! I am planning our family's first trip to Disney. We will be bringing our 3 year old daughter and our almost 1 year old daughter. Will the one year old be able to ride all the rides the 3 year old can ride? Or are there restrictions? Thanks!

    Hi Ginger:

The safety restrictions for riding attractions are based on height, not age. Click on this link for a list of height requirements for rides and attractions throughout Walt Disney World.

Since it's your family's first trip, I would make sure you stop by the Walt Disney World "Planning Your First Trip to Walt Disney World Resort" in-depth planning page for some tips.

Also remember to check in at City Hall at the Magic Kingdom, or at guest relations at other parks, and pick up "first-visit" buttons. Many Cast Members will go out of their way to wish you and your party well, or greet you all with a kind gesture to make the visit more memorable.

    Enjoy your vacation.
