    I am planning our 1st family vacation to WDW in 2011. What is the thing I need to do?

    Hi Keonnta - if you are planning a vacation to Walt DIsney World in 2011, the first thing I'd suggest you do is pick up a few Walt Disney World guidebooks to read.  You won't be able to make reservations for a while, so use this time to learn about the parks, the resorts, the restaurants, and the options that you have.

    I have a few suggestions for you.  Here are the guidebooks I like:
    • The Passporter
    • The Complete Idiots Guide to Walt Disney World
    • The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World
    Once you can actually book, you'll be fully prepared and will already know what options you want to include.
