We are planning a family vacation to Orland arriving 12/26 and leaving 01/02. It will be five adults and a four year old. We’d like to stay on property, but everything I see online is out of our price range. Is there trip planning people I can talk to?

    Hello Charlie,

Welcome to planDisney, we're so happy you stopped by because planDisney are your go-to people for planning a practically perfect in every way vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

Spending the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort is something your lovely family will treasure forever.  My family and I have been lucky enough to have spent Christmas together enjoying everything on offer in the Parks and Resorts and, oh boy!  We sure did create some magical memories which I know are going to last us all an entire lifetime.

Like you Charlie, I had a family of 6 to budget for when choosing my Disney accommodation.  Therefore my 1st stop for pixie-dusted Vacation Planning is always to check for any up-to-date Special Offers, Deals & Discounts before selecting my Disney Resort hotel.  In addition, to further aid your Disney decision making you'll find some extra magical resources in our planDisney Panel Extras.

During our past December vacation, my family opted to stay within one of the home-away-from-home-sweet-home Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  The cabin room layout perfectly suited the dynamic of our family of 6, and we absolutely loved that we could prepare our own meals in the cabin's fully equipped kitchen.  And, what better place to celebrate the Holidays than in a charming rustic cabin set in the heart of the Disney wilderness!

It goes without saying that knowledgeable Cast Members will be more than happy to provide any assistance over the phone when making a booking to Walt Disney World Resort.  It's easy to speak with a Cast Member by calling the phone number for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  My top tip is to ensure that before calling you have a pen and paper close to hand to enable you to write down any notes or pricing details provided.

With so many magical Things to do in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, I hope I've been able to offer you some valuable insight today Charlie!  But if you'd like any further help at all in creating a memorable Disney vacation for your family - please do pop back to planDisney to ask us another question, or 2, 3, or even more!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
