Hello! I am planning a family vacation for May 2025. There will be 6 of us and we would like to get two hotel rooms at Pop Century, 3 people per room. What is the best way to reserve two rooms, and try to get them side by side? Is this possible? Thank you!

    Hello Hannah,

Thank you for visiting planDisney and for reaching out with your question. I'm thrilled to help you plan your family vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Disney's Pop Century Resort is a fantastic choice with its fun theming and convenient location.

To reserve two hotel rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort, you will need to make separate reservations for each room when booking online, as each reservation number corresponds to one room only. In this case, I highly recommend calling the Walt Disney World reservation line. A Cast Member can assist you in making both reservations and ensure that your request for rooms side by side or connecting is noted.

When speaking with the Cast Member, be sure to mention that you need two rooms for 3 people each and that you would like them to be close together or connecting. While Disney cannot guarantee specific room locations, they do their best to accommodate such requests based on availability. Typically, connecting rooms are given priority to families with more than three minor children.

Here’s a useful tip for your upcoming stay: about a week before your arrival, use the Online Check-In feature available on the My Disney Experience app. This allows you to indicate any preferences and will alert the hotel staff of your request for rooms side by side or connecting. Additionally, you can call the resort directly a few days before your arrival to reiterate your request.

I hope this information helps, and I wish you and your family a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort!

    Best regards,

    ~Yael
