We are planning a family vacation with 14 family members with grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 16. Which resorts would have the best accommodations and activities for the children? Also would like to know the best times to plan the meals!

    Hi Deb,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Travelling with a large group requires a lot of planning. I suggest that you buy Memory Maker because you guys will want to have all the photos of the family together, right? Please note that is very difficult, without reservations, to find an availability for a meal with a large group at the most popular restaurants, so please make all your reservations in advance. You can’t go wrong buy choosing Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, this hotel is a hit with my family. It’s so beautiful and the opportunity to see the animals will definitely please not only the kids but  your entire family. They have my favorite activity center for kids, it is called Simba Clubhouse where trained Cast Members will help the kids of your family create crafts, play video games, have snacks, and create their own fairy tales with costumes for boys and girls. I found it very clean and very organized.  To participate, kids must be between three and twelve years and fully potty trained.  Also, have a nice family dinner at Boma – Flavors of Africa and for dessert have a Zebra Dome, it’s my favorite dessert at the WDW.

    Have a magical day!
