Hi there Natasha!
Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited you will be staying at the historic
Disneyland Hotel. This hotel showcases such a great mix of classic yet modern decor. I love just exploring the lobby and various Towers and grounds of this beautiful property. Lucky for you, the amazing pools and slides at the Disneyland Hotel are scheduled to be open year-round and are heated. Keep in mind, though, that pool and slide hours are subject to change based on weather conditions and lifeguard availability.
The E-Ticket Pool located at the north end of the courtyard plaza is the largest of the pools and features some great odes to Disneyland's ticketing past. Nearby is also the D-Ticket Pool which is perfect for swimming laps. Here you can find relaxing Mickey and Minnie Spa whirlpools as well. By far, though, the most impressive aquatic areas to me are the Monorail Slides. These iconic Disneyland Monorail replicas lead you down two thrilling slides and also feature a small child water play area. All of these aquatic areas are centrally located between the Towers of the Disneyland Hotel.
While you are staying here, don't miss out on visiting
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar which will whisk you away to a tropical hideaway filled with exotic food and refreshing drinks. Also, did you know that you can grab a Dole Whip at
The Coffee House in the Disneyland Hotel? It is the only location to get this special treat outside of Disneyland Park while on property.
I can't wait for you to visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
