I am planning a Family Vacation for Christmas 2022. There will be 7 adults and 2 children (5 & 4). Everytime i try to look up pricing for a resort, it says my party is too large. Is there a way to plan a vacation with 2 rooms online? Or should i call?

Welcome to planDisney, William and thanks for dropping by with your question.

William, expanding a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort to include 9 Mouseketeers seems like the recipe for a Fairytale vacation and I'm happy to help.

To check pricing, you'll need to search for one room at a time. I suggest searching for the party of five as some Disney Resorts Collection hotels only accommodate four guests per room. Once you're able to see pricing for your dates and make a selection, you have two options to book your trip.

If you are the lead planner (meaning you'd like to book both rooms under your name and pay for both), you'll want to call in and speak with a Cast Member to book. Now, if you're able to share in the planning duties, you can book one room at a time (listing another guest as the lead in room number two) and then request to have the reservations linked together at a later date. William, earlier this summer my Mom joined my family for our trip and since she was in a separate room, I called in prior to completing online check in and asked that our reservations be linked and requested rooms close to each other.

Whichever path you choose, I hope that your vacation is Magical! If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney where we are always delighted to see a returning guest.
