We are planning a family vacation (9 adults & 3 children) to Florida and hoping we could all be in the same house. Is this possible on a Disney property?

Hi there, Linda, and welcome to planDisney!

I’m so happy to talk with you about your next Walt Disney World vacation, which sounds like it will be a magical stay with a large, close-knit group who wants to stay together! While there are no houses for rent available on Disney property, it is certainly possible for you all to enjoy sharing accommodations at a Disney Resort Hotel. The 3-Bedroom Grand Villas available at multiple Resort Hotels would be perfect for your group. These incredible Villas are available at the Disney Vacation Club Resorts, including Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, and Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, among others. The ultimate in Disney comfort for large groups; these Villas include multiple bathrooms and amenities to keep everyone comfortable! I was recently able to tour the Villa at Disney’s Riviera Resort, and I was blown away! It had all the comforts of home and so much more, with a large dining room, fully equipped kitchen and sweeping views of the grounds and the path of the Disney Skyliner.

Alternatively, you could choose to stay in a 2-Bedroom Villa with an adjacent 1-Bedroom Villa at any of the Disney Vacation Club properties. If your party is open to splitting up, you could even consider checking out the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, which will accommodate up to 9 people in a very unique setting! The possibilities are truly endless. I would recommend contacting Disney Reservations directly and inquiring about what options may be available over the dates you wish to visit or working directly with a Disney travel planner of your choice.

Linda, I hope that this information helps you plan your dream family Disney getaway! We are hEAR for you during each step of the planning process, so please do not hesitate to come back and see us again if we can help you again along the way.

    See ya real soon!
