    Hi Jennifer,

After a 15-year hiatus from WDW, it'll look like a "whole new world" to you!

We've stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort as well as Port Orleans French Quarter. Let's review the resorts so that you can make an informed decision for what is best for your family.

    Port Orleans French Quarter:
-rooms were recently renovated and include the addition of queen beds for cozier sleeping
-Sassagoula Riverboat transportation to Downtown Disney
-small resort for less walking and much easier access to food court, etc.

    Caribbean Beach Resort
    -rooms only have double beds
-pool with zero entry depth for relaxed wading
-water play area with a pirate ship
    -sandy beaches with playgrounds
-huge resort with long walks to food court, etc.

The major decision will be whether the renovated room with queen beds is more important than the kid pool attractions at the Caribbean Beach Resort.

With 4 children, you'll need to book two rooms or stay at Port Orleans Riverside (POR) in a trundle bed room due to room occupancy limits. POR is the only moderate resort that sleeps five people plus one child under age 3 in a crib.

    Have a magical vacation!
