Hi Sherri,
It's always a joy to see a fellow North Carolinian stopping by planDisney!
Kudos to you for taking the lead on planning a family trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort! It sounds like you want to have the charges billed to the same account. If you book multiple rooms, each room will have it's own folio for billing. However, you can certainly use the same method of payment. So, you could put the same credit card on each account. Once you identify the
Disney Resorts Collection hotel you prefer, you can price out
vacation packages with the room and theme park tickets. Also consider adding a
Disney Dining Plan and check the
Special Offers periodically to see what offers might be available for the dates of your visit.
Or, you could look at staying in 2-Bedroom suite or villa. This room arrangement would give you two separate bedrooms and you would share a living space. It would also mean that you would have one folio so all of your charges to the room would be on that one bill. We stayed in a 2-Bedroom villa at
Disney's Saratoga Springs on our first visit with our girls and it was amazing. We loved having the washer and dryer in the villa!
There are a few other options - if you have not already considered these, take a look at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. They have themed family suites with two bathrooms. My family loves
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort,
Disney's Contemporary Resort, and
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Although a suite or villa can be more expensive, we also take into account the resort amenities and the resort's proximity to the theme parks.
Sherri, I hope this helps you continue the fabulous planning! And, perhaps most important, I hope you consider
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for your visit. Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the 2024 dates and grab those tickets as soon as you can - they have sold out for select dates in the past!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
