    We are planning our 1st family trip for middle/end of Oct. I realize that any discounts for this period have not been released yet. Is my best option to book the room only right now or the full package and try to have it adjusted a discount is announced?

    Hi Jaime,

    You can go ahead and book the package now if you would like, just don't pay it in full yet. Once the October Special Offers are released you'll want to call Disney as soon as possible. You can request that your existing reservation be modified to reflect the Special Offer. Keep in mind that there are a limited number of rooms available for those offers which is why you will want to jump on them right away. In addition, flexibility is key as you may need to switch resorts depending on availability.
