Planning a family trip. For my kids and grands we’re getting 5 day tickets. Spouse & I plan on getting “incredipass.” I can’t see the calendar further than 6 weeks out. Where do I find the calendar for 6 months out so I can coordinate w/ reservations?

    Hiya Maria!

Welcome to planDisney! Oh, Maria, your family is lucky to have you in their lives. I love how you are coordinating such a grand trip for them!

My husband and I are Incredi Pass Annual Passholders as well and it has been such a fun year of visiting our favorite place on Earth. One of the best things about specifically being an Incredi Pass Annual Passholder is that there are no blockout dates! Visit anytime! However, as you mentioned in your question, theme park reservations are still required for this type of pass. I am not sure which calendar you are looking at as the Theme Park Reservation Calendar for annual passholders is available till March 2025. In addition, The Theme Park Reservation Calendar for regular ticket holders is showing information till December 2025. You should be able to plan out your reservations for the Parks if you plan to visit this October with no issue.

However, if you are looking for the Hours & Events Calendar, realize that it only shows information about three months out at a time. Even then, it can be modified last minute for various reasons. When I'm planning a trip very far in advance I like to do an internet search for past calendars and see what happened on the dates I want to arrive. It won't be completely accurate but if you do the same it may give you an idea about what to expect potentially. Since it appears that you are arriving right in the middle of spooky season there is a good chance that you may get a chance to enjoy Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! Last year, the Disney Parks Blog announced the dates for the party in late April and I expect the announcement to come out around then this year. I highly recommend you make sure to not miss the party! With these party tickets, you can enter Magic Kingdom Park at 4 PM. On that day, I suggest not purchasing a traditional Park ticket but relaxing at your Resort so that you have the energy to stay up a little later and enjoy all of the special party events thoroughly.

I hope this helps with your planning! If you have any more questions please feel free to let me know!

    Happy Planning!

We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips.
