Hey there, Destiny!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm super excited to hear about your upcoming Disneyland Resort adventure with your Mouseketeers in the New Year! The Happiest Place On Earth is all about creating magical memories, and it's fantastic that you're planning ahead to make your visit as smooth as Buzz Lightyear's intergalactic voyages!
Scooters can be rented at the Disneyland Resort on a first-come, first-served basis. You can check out the
ECV rentals page for info on ScooterBug, a local private mobility rental company. With these convenient and reliable mobility options, you and your gang can focus on enjoying your magical Disneyland adventure without any Mr. Potato Head mix-ups!
Destiny, just like how Andy’s toys take care of each other, the Disneyland Resort takes special care of each guest. That's why I'm here to guide you through the
Disability Access Service (DAS) that the Disneyland Resort offers. You can always rest assured that
everyone is welcome! For your convenience, you can pre-register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) 2 to 30 days before your trip. I suggest scheduling
a live video chat with a Cast Member to begin the process about 2 weeks before you plan to visit. They'll go to infinity and beyond to ensure your accommodations are as magical as possible.
If it is better for you, you can reach out to (407) 560-2547 or shoot them an email at
disability.services@disneyland.com.
I hope I've been as helpful as Woody is to the rest of Andy’s toys, Destiny! Don't hesitate to
follow up with me if you need any further assistance. I’d love to share my favorite
tips and
tricks for visiting the Disneyland Resort!
You’ve got a friend in me,
Danielle
