We are planning a family trip with our grandchildren. It is their first trip, and my 5 year old grand-daughter is so excited. In the past, you could have a phone call come to the hotel room from Mickey or another character. Can that still be arranged?

    Hi, Cathy!

Hooray, your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is almost here! It sounds like you and your grandchildren, especially your 5-year-old princess, are looking forward to all the excitement that awaits you at “The Most Magical Place on Earth.”

Setting up a wake-up call from one of the characters is a great way to sprinkle some extra pixie dust on your grandchildren’s visit, and arranging the call is very simple. There is a designated button on all Walt Disney World Resort Hotel phones for requesting a wake-up call. Simply press that button, follow the instructions, and you’ll be set for a special call from a favorite character. If you have any issues arranging the call, feel free to contact a Cast Member at the front desk.

I hope this helps, Cathy, and that you have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World with your family! Please write back with any other questions you may have as you put the finishing touches on your vacation.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
