Planning family trip #2!! Very excited already! Should we go to Disney the weekend before Thanksgiving (Nov 19) or the first week of Dec for the lower crowds? We would like to see the lights on the castle, but not attend the Christmas party. Thank you!

    Hi Jennifer!
I'm very excited for you and your family! If it were me, I would definitely choose the first week of December. All the Christmas decorations are already up and the crowds are very light. A few years ago I went to disney with my Family during that week and it was exceptional! the crowds were super light, waiting times for attractions were practically non existent and we got reservations to every character dining we wanted! Plus, at Epcot, we got Santa Claus all to ourselves for almost 10 minutes! Be sure to check out WDW website's planning guide so you can get tips about when to come. Have a Magical Christmas trip to Disney!
