Still planning our family trip to Disneyland soon and we had a question about the weather lately. It's been a bit rainy and we wanted to make sure we packed accordingly! What tips can you give us if it is rainy on our magical day?

Oh hi there again Chad. It is a pleasure to provide you with some great tips an how to spend a rainy day at the Happiest Place on Earth. Let me begin with a tip about proper clothing. Long jeans are great but if they are too long then the rain water will collect and get your shoes soaking wet. Also, because the sun usually appears before to long, lockers are a great idea for storing the umbrellas and rain coats. As for attractions, my personal rain favorite is the Jungle Cruise. This adventure takes on a whole new feel with the rain pattering on the canvas roof as you glide past the peering jungle creatures. From there a ride on Matterhorn on a blustery day is really cool. I would also suggest that you carry a piece of plastic to put over the seats in case they are rain soaked. Nobody likes a wet bottom at Disneyland. I bring a plastic trash can liner and just place it over any drenched seats to keep me nice and dry. I hope these tips help you enjoy a drizzly day at the parks.
