I am planning a family trip to Disney World next month. I have a 4 year old son with autism. Previously we were told Disney offers a guest assistance pass for those with special needs. But I recently heard that those have been done away with? Is that true?

    Hi Sarah!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

There has been various discussion threads on various Disney fan sites and unofficial information sites across the internet.  However, Guest Assistance Cards are still available at Walt Disney World and Disney has not announced that they might be going away anytime soon.  Thus you should definitely stop in Guest Services on your first day and pick one up to help on your trip!

Enjoy planning your magical Disney vacation, and please write back with more questions!
