    Planning a family trip in April 2012 with two kids; a 9 and 5 year old. Wondering when in April would be a better time in terms of lower crowds due to Easter/Spring break/ etc. Was looking at the week of April 16th. Thanks.

    Hi Rayanne:

    April in general, and Easter specifically, is typically a crowded time at Walt Disney World due to school breaks.  Of course, when more crowded, Disney World generally hosts longer hours so Guests can take advantage of more fun at the Parks.  Generally the week before and week after Easter are the most crowded weeks of April.  I understand that Easter will fall on April 8th in 2012, so the week of April 16th likely won't be as crowded as the week prior.  However, throughout most of April, be prepared for some crowd level at Walt Disney World.
