Ahoy there, Maria! Welcome to planDisney! I am excited that the
Disney Treasure will set sail in December 2024, and I hope you are too. You can find many updates on the new ship on the
Disney Parks Blog. From the
Aristocat's-themed Lounge to the new live show
Disney The Tale of Moana, the Disney Treasure is going to be a great experience for Disney Cruise Line Guests.
If you are referring to
travel documentation, all U.S. Citizens must have either a U.S. passport or an original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate for closed-looped itineraries such as the ones on the Disney Treasure. Closed-looped means that it begins and ends at the same U.S. port. Guests ages 16 and older who present a birth certificate will also need a physical government-issued photo ID (digital/mobile state-issued IDs are not valid to sail at this time).
If you were referring to a different type of document,
please write back to me, and I will be happy to answer your follow-up question, Maria. My planDisney pals and I are here to help you plan your next magical vacation.
Happy Planning!
