HI planning a family get together next year. Have 12 ppl age ranging from 59 (grandma) down to 6 yrs. My Q is this WHERE can a family this size sleep for a good deal

Hi, Lisa!   This sounds like a great family reunion!    You have a few options if you want to stay within a budget.   If you want to stay on property, you can book 3 rooms (4 guests per room) and you can choose a resort that suits your family and your budget.   Click HERE for resort options.  Value Resorts will give you the rates.   By booking rooms on property, you will be eligible for free transportation to and from the airport on Disney's Magical Express.   Transportation around the entire property is also included, so you would not have to worry about getting around during your vacation.

If you all want to stay together, you might be better off staying off-property.   Check out   Here, you will find homes for rent, some with as many as 7 bedrooms!    Some have pools, hot tubs, game rooms and more.    The downside of this would be you would need to have cars to get around and you have to drive to the parks each day.

Take a look at staying on Disney property vs. renting a home and see what will work best for your family.  Have fun planning this magical vacation!
