I am planning my family first trip to DISNEY and I am really struggling with what resort is best for two active boys. they will be 2 and 4 when we go. Any suggestions?

What's up, Amy? I have two active boys myself (and a regimented inflow of coffee and ginseng to help myself keep up with them!)

Since it's your first trip, I think the accommodations and features of one of Disney's value resorts would serve you well. I prefer Disney's Pop Century resort when it comes to the values. The rooms are nice, there's direct bus transportation to all of the parks, and there are play areas and pools to keep the kids occupied if you plan to spend a little time at the resort.

If your 2 year old and/or 4 year old are nappers, you might opt for something with closer proximity to the parks, such as the Polynesian (monorail to Magic Kingdom and Epcot) or the Yacht Club (walk or boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.)
