We are planning a family cruise for summer 2014. Is it more cost effective to book a stateroom for the family, with multiple bedrooms, or individual rooms? Thanks.

    Hi Jennifer,

I love hearing that you are planning a family cruise!  They are so much fun...I have one set for next May, and I can't wait.

I want to say that it would probably be more cost effective for you to book separate rooms because suites are very expensive, but it's impossible for me to guarantee that.  You see, cruise fares depend on many variables such as the time of year you want to sail, the duration of the sailing, your stateroom category, the number of people in your party; even the ship you choose.  I really don't want to give you any misinformation.

Your best bet is to call Disney Cruise Line directly when the 2014 sailings are announced.  Your booking agent will be able to help you in great detail.  I'm sorry I couldn't be of further help to you.

Please let me know if I can answer anything else for you.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel Jennifer.
