Planning a fall trip with extended family, 3 rooms total. We'd like to make ADRs and add free dining later if it is offered - can we do this? If no free dining & all 3 rooms are on 1 reservation, can 1 room choose the dining plan while the others do no

Hello, Michelle!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

You are more than welcome to reserve your dining experiences early.  If and when you are able to take advantage of free dining, you will be able to apply those meal credits to your dining experiences as long as your dining plan covers them.  For example, the Quick Service dining plan will only cover counter service meals. You may upgrade your meal plan for an additional fee in order to include table service meals.  If all rooms are reserved under one reservation number, then all rooms will be required to have the same meal plan/dining plan.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to offer some great tips and advice.  May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"~
