Hey there Denise! the Fall is my favorite time of year to visit. I can help guide your planning journey.
Sometimes extended family gets closer than real family and it is awesome that you seem to be the one shouldering the load of at least collecting the information. A great place to start is the
Vacation Planning Page.
When you decide to stay inside the magic with trips that are multi-family it's great because you can pile all in at one resort, or stay all at different resorts. My family loves split stays so you may be able to choose 2 of the many
Disney Resort Collection hotels. Maybe mix in a day or two at the same hotel so you can enjoy the amenities like a family pool day. When it comes to paperwork to send in the mail unfortunately no literature is sent out anymore.
When it comes to recommendations for excellent stays near your favorite
Walt Disney World theme parks I have a couple you can check out. When it comes to a location near my favorite park
Disney's Contemporary Resort is a quick monorail ride to
Magic Kingdom Park which is quintessential Disney in my humble opinion. When it comes to being close to
EPCOT and
Disney's Hollywood Studios my go-to is
Walt Disney World Dolphin it is a really nice resort with a short walk to both parks.
When it comes to figuring out which attractions are good for your group the
My Disney Experience App is a great place to start. Each park has a list you can access and alongside each attraction or show is a brief synopsis, height requirements, as well as each park's hours on each day you will be visiting. I love this tool it literally can do anything. You can make advanced dining reservations and use it in the park for
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering for a short wait for your food when you arrive at the location you choose.
I hope this info helps get your planning started and of course, we will be here the whole way ready to help. So head on back and
ask me a question and ill spring into action to help where I can.
See ya real soon,
Jeremy A.
