    I am planning an extended family trip to WDW in either Sept or Oct 2012. I know that the free dining plans dates have not been released but hoping you can tell me what dates it was offered in Sept & Oct 2011. Trying to plan around that & my DD bday

    Hi, Kelly!

    Everyone is getting so excited, hoping for Free Dining this fall.  I wish I had some special pixie dust that would sprinkle some of that free dining, but the best I have for you is to magically click HERE to see the current Special Offers.   Right now, specials are for vacations through mid-June.

    Last year, Free Dining was offered for several weeks in October/November/December, with blackouts during Thanksgiving, and ended December 15.   Please do NOT plan around the dates from last year.  While I hope that Free Dining is offered, there just is no guarantee what will or will not be offered.  In the past, there have been other specials:  buy 3 nights/get 2 free, free Disney Gift Cards, kids travel free, just so many that we just don't know what Mickey has in store for us this fall!

    Keep checking the Special Offers, and hopefully in no time at all we will all be planning our magical Fall 2012 Walt Disney World vacations!
