Hi! Planning an Epcot day in October. Wondering if Behind the Seeds is good for 4y/o. Also usual wait times for visa card meet and greet? And breakfast/lunch/dinner hours for Sunshine seasons. Trying hard to fit everything in plus food and wine festival!

    Hi Linda,

The Behind the Seeds Tour at Epcot is such a fantastic tour.  If you love the Living with the Land boat ride, this tour is for you. You will tour the greenhouses while having a Cast Member give you more detail about the plants and inventive ways to grow them.  If your child has a good attention span, he or she will love it.  At one point, you get to feed the tilapia and release lady bugs on the plants.  The tour usually lasts an hour.  The Visa Card member meet and Greet is at the Innoventions Pavilion from 1:30 - 4:30 pm.  I would try to get there around 1:00 pm to be the first in line.  You will see one character as a family, and it is a very personal Meet and Greet.   Breakfast at the Sunshine Seasons is from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.  Lunch and dinner have the same items and is from 11:00 am until around 8:30 pm.   I understand wanting to do it all!  You will have an amazing time on your vacation, Linda.  Please send me another question if I can help you further!
