Hey there Melissa and welcome back to planDisney!

As a fellow former resident of Australia myself, it's always so great to connect with all of the intrepid folks and families who make their way across the Pacific for their Walt Disney World Resort adventures. We recently met with a number of our old Cast Member friends from Australia who made their way back over here to Florida, and I helped some of them exchange their vouchers for their theme park admission so here are a few handy insights that could be helpful for you:

If you're following the advice that Sue - one of our fellow International planDisney Experts - previously gave you, your trip to Disney Springs in order to visit the Welcome Center certainly won't count as one of your entries since it isn't actually located in any of the theme parks!

Alternatively, some guests do choose to visit the Guest Relations Cast Members who work at the windows outside of Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and despite needing to pass through security screening in order to exchange your vouchers directly with them, that in itself still won't count as an entry into the theme parks until you actually pass through the turnstiles! (That said, if you're making your way all the way over there, most people end up using their admission into the theme park already either way, so it may be best to come early to make the most of your day.)

I highly recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app for you to use as you arrive here in Orlando which can also be a way for you to access your tickets once you have redeemed your vouchers.
