Planning early 2013 trip with 2 familys. When is better time to come. Will arrive on a sat and leave fri. (7days).My option for avaible dates are anywhere from feb 23 - march 16. Looking for a good deal and LOW crowds!

    Hi Jessica,

If low crowds are your number one criterion for determining your dates of travel, then I'd pick the last week of February.  Definitely avoid Presidents Day weekend.  Other than that weekend, February is a good time to find a money-saving deal.  Keep a close eye on the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website or ask a trusted, Disney-savvy travel agent to help you find a promotion for this time.

All things considered, however, I'd plan your trip for the second week of March.  That is my very favorite time of year to visit Walt Disney World.  Since Easter doesn't occur until March 31, 2013 the Spring Break crowds will not be in full force by the second week of March.  The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, however, will be in full bloom.  If you've never been to Walt Disney World during this festival, you simply must check it out.  The parks are never more gorgeous than in the spring.

Hopefully this information will help you and the family with whom you'll be traveling make a well-informed decision regarding your upcoming trip.  Don't hesitate to let us know if you need any additional advice.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
