Hi Brenda, thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
There are so many ways to answer your question, because there are so many amazing places to eat and drink, at Disney Springs. My suggestion would be to check out
Wine Bar George. It's centrally located within Disney Springs so no matter where you are when hunger sets in, you are only a short walk away. Also, the restaurant itself is just beautiful and I love all of the comfy seating, like couches, it has to offer upstairs. By the name, you can tell that they specialize in wine. Wine Bar George offers more than 130 wines to choose from plus a beer and cocktail menu if wine isn't your thing. The bartenders are always more than happy to whip up a fun concoction for my daughter, she thinks their Shirley Temples are really something special. Food wise, they have many small plates like crispy mac and cheese bites, burrata with grilled bread and house-made meatballs. All delicious! They also offer family style plates to choose from, but I'd suggest going with one or both of their boards! Don't you just love a good meat and cheese platter? I sure do, and Wine Bar George's Artisanal Cheese Board and Charcuterie board do not disappoint. If this doesn't sound like your kind of place, I'd also suggest checking out
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. There you'll find some fun Southern comforts like House-made Bunch of Puppies that are stuffed with pimento cheese and Church Lady Deviled Eggs. You'll also be able to sip on some of the best moonshine cocktails you've ever had. Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' is a laid back atmosphere that also offers outdoor seating, which might be great for your trip in October.
Cheers to your vacation, I hope you enjoy!
