Mom And Daughter; Animal Kingdom

    Planning an early May (first) trip with 5 year old girl (for bday) and 2 year old girl. Planning on staying in Contemporary. Princess Castle dinner on her bday. What else should we be sure to do? Any random advice for these ages? Thanks!

    Hi Laura - I was just at the Contemporary this weekend, and it's really a wonderful place to stay!  With the quick walk to Magic Kingdom and access to the monorail, it's so convenient, especially with little kids.

    Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table will be wonderful with your daughter.  I'd also recommend breakfast at Chef Mickey in the Contemporary, where they celebrate birthdays.  Kids also love the meet and greet with Minnie, Mickey, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald.

    You may also want to consider a visit to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (there's one in Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom and one in Downtown Disney) for your daughter's birthday.  If you can, consider doing that prior to her dinner at the castle.
