Hi Erin!
My family loves dining with the characters! It's a great chance to meet with them one on one for photos and autographs.
I would recommend doing the character breakfasts, as they are the most economical choices. Each of the four theme parks has a character breakfast, and a few of the deluxe resort hotels offer character breakfasts as well. If you can get one of the earliest reservations at one of the theme park meals, you will have a chance to enter the park before all of the crowds, and this is a great chance to get some photos without tons of people in the background!
I would suggest visiting the website
www.allears.net to look at current menus and prices for these meals. When you arrive at the website, click on "Dining" at the top of the page and then "The Menus" on the left side of the page. These menus are usually very up-to-date. When you call to make your dining reservations, you can confirm the current pricing with the cast member over the phone.
I hope this helps, and have fun planning your meals and vacation!
