planning our 2020 DW Vaca our plan is to stay for 10 days but during that time my parents will come for 3 day but want to make sure our room are close together. how would i make that happen?

    Greetings, Samantha!

It’s awesome to hEAR you are already busily planning your 2020 Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Talk about a super planner! I am sure you would fit right in with many of us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We visit often with my parents and love having them nearby during our stay. While Disney can’t make any guarantees, usually we’ve been lucky at being able to get their room at least somewhat close to ours. What I usually do is call Disney once both reservations have been made and ask them to make a note on each reservation that lists that we are traveling together and have asked to be located as close to each other as possible. Again, make sure that they include the note on both of the reservations to help guarantee they are “connected” in the system.

Fingers crossed you have similar luck in location during your stay. Enjoy your planning, Samantha, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,
