    We are planning on going to DW in Nov.- 4 adults and 3 kids, ages 3,2,2. would we beable to stay in a suite @ all star music since 2 of the children are under the age of 3? there is also free dining plan,can we upgrade our dining at all? 2nd trip this yr.

    Hi Sheri!

         The Family Suites at Disney's All Star Music Resort are just perfect for larger families!  They are designed to hold six guests, plus one guest under the age of three.  Sooo, it looks like you are a perfect fit!  If I understand correctly, it looks like you have Free Quick Service Dining and you want to upgrade to the basic plan.  If this is correct, then you betcha!  You will just need to pay for the difference between the Quick Service plan and the plan that you want.  I think that you will be pleasantly surprised to see how affordable it is to upgrade.   Have an awesome vacation!
