Hi, We are planning a dream honeymoon to WDW in 2022 Fall. We want to book one of the Enchanting Extras Tours - can you please tell me what size groups we'd be in for the Keys to the Kingdom and the Wild Africa Trek/Savor the Savannah tours? Thanks

    Hiya Becky!

Welcome to planDisney, and congratulations on your happily ever after! I am honoured to be a small part of your magical vacation, and I am so excited for you and your partner to celebrate at the Walt Disney World Resort. As one of my favourite princesses said, "love is an open door!"

The Enchanting Extras are the best way to make your vacation extra special, and one of the things I enjoy most about these tours is that they are usually smaller, more intimate groups. While the Walt Disney World website does not indicate the number of Guests per tour, most have around 10 Guests per tour. For example, I have been on the Wild Africa Trek twice, and there were about 10 Guests both times. This is especially great as you truly get to bond with the Cast Members and learn more about the theme parks. The Wild Africa Trek, for example, allowed us to ask the animal caretakers questions about their roles at the Walt Disney World Resort, a unique opportunity that regular Guests do not get. It is important to remember that each of these tours still requires valid theme park admission and theme park reservations, so make sure to check theme park availability when booking your tours.

Personally, I absolutely love going on the Wild Africa Trek and could not recommend it enough. The Wild Africa Trek is perfect for lovers of animals, conservation and adventure as you walk through the Harambe Wildlife Reserve and learn more about its animal inhabitants. My favourite part is when Guests get to walk on a wooden, suspended bridge that passes over the hippos and the crocodiles. Plus, having lunch right in the middle of the savannah is an incredible experience, and the menu is only available to Guests on those tours. They are also great at accommodating food requests and special diets, so don't let the complimentary meals drive you away. As with all Enchanting Extras, you can book them 60 days in advance, so make sure to mark your calendar as these tours are very popular and get filled up quickly!

I hope this was helpful, Becky, and that you and your partner will have the most magical celebration of love at the Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to pick up your "Happily Ever After" button so that fellow Guests and Cast Members can join in on the celebration, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need other special recommendations. The Walt Disney World Resort is the best place to celebrate the people in your life that are worth melting for!

    Have a magical day,
