Welcome to planDisney, Natasha!
Thanks for choosing to be our Guest. You've asked a really good question! I love experiencing two theme parks in one day. You'll love visiting EPCOT, especially if you go during the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Just make sure you ride
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind before you leave. And Magic Kingdom Park is simply the most wonderful place to end a magical day. There's nothing like closing out the evening with
Disney Enchantment.
If you're planning on parking your car at EPCOT, then when it comes time to "hop" to Magic Kingdom Park, I would think twice about using the complimentary Disney transportation. Here's why: EPCOT typically closes at 9:00 PM. Magic Kingdom Park typically closes at 10:00 PM. Since Disney transportation generally runs until about an hour after the theme parks close, you might have trouble getting back to EPCOT if you stay at Magic Kingdom Park until it closes. Therefore, if I were you, I'd just drive to Magic Kingdom Park from EPCOT.
But here's the good news: Guests pay one fee for a parking pass. And that pass is good all day at all four theme parks. You'll just need to keep your receipt and show it to a Cast Member when you park at Magic Kingdom Park.
One more thing: just make sure you make
theme park reservations for EPCOT on the day of your visit. You'll also want to have the
Park Hopper Option on your ticket if you want to visit more than one park on the same day.
I hope that's helpful, Natasha. See ya real soon!
