We're planning on doing the FREE Character Meet n Greet for Disney Visa card holders. Where exactly is the meet n greet, who are the characters and does it get very crowded? Should we get there as soon as it starts?

    Hi Patty!

I absolutely love the special character meet and greet for Disney Visa card holders. It's a great perk!

To take advantage of this benefit, you'll want to head to Innoventions West in Epcot. The meet and greet is scheduled from 1:30 to 4:30 each day. You will get in line and and show your Visa to the cast member. He or she will give you a certificate good for a free 5x7 photo that you can pick up later in the day at the camera center. I recommend getting in line at 1:30 or shortly thereafter. The line can get quite long.

One party at a time will be allowed into the room, where you'll have a very special one on one meet with the characters. There will be a Photpass photographer there snapping away. The characters change from time to time and you never know which ones you'll get. The last time my family went to the meet and greet we met with Mickey, Minnie and Goofy.

I can't recommend this special experience enough. The characters were great with my daughter and it was wonderful to have a chance to see them in private without feeling rushed. By the way, you are limited to one meet and greet each day, but you can go back on a different day if you wish. If you happen to be in Epcot more than once during your trip, it's worth it to try to get to the meet and greet a second time.

    Have a wonderful time!
