We are planning on doing an early morning breakfast at Contemporary resort & then spending the day at Magic Kingdom, we are staying offsite - whats best to do for parking?

    Howdy Mark!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thank you for sharing your question with us!  Your day at the Magic Kingdom Parks sounds fantastic!

Since you have reservations for breakfast at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and then plan to spend the day at the Magic Kingdom Park, I highly recommend parking at the Magic Kingdom Park.  The resort monorail will be in operation 30 minutes before the park opens.  If this time frameworks in combination with your reservation, then I would take the monorail to the front gate and transfer to the monorail that will bring you to Disney’s Contemporary Resort.  Also, you can easily walk to Disney’s Contemporary Resort from the front entrance of the Magic Kingdom Park.  You can also park at Disney’s Contemporary Resort for breakfast and after breakfast drive to the Magic Kingdom Park parking lot.

The Magic Kingdom Park is currently offering the new “Capture Your Moment”!  This allows you 20 to 40 minutes with a Disney Photopass Photographer at a great price!  With this amazing experience, you will be able to add so many more unforgettable moments to your day at the Magic Kingdom Park and take those memories home with you!  I am so excited about this new experience!

There are so many new and exciting things happening in 2020!  To stay up-to-date on everything, check out the Disney Parks Blog.  Also, if you have any more questions, please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We love to help!
