We are planning a Disney World vaca in Jan. We have the room reserved since Feb already. I was looking at the rates for the room and tickets as a package and separately. If bought as separate purchases it came out cheaper. Is this true and why?

Hi Erica, The ticket prices should remain the same price so maybe it is a different room type they are quoting you such as a preferred room instead of a standard, etc.... Sometimes when pricing out a package you are also being quoted for their travel insurance which sometimes you have to hit the decline button and then do a refresh quote to see the new total. You may also have gotten a cheaper room rate (since you have already booked the room) and maybe the room price (if same type as what you already booked) may have gone up in price since you booked it? There are many things that could factor into the price difference you have been quoted and the above items I mentioned are some of the things I could think of which would cause this price difference, but the ticket prices should remain the same whether purchased as a package or separately. Hope this helps! Best wishes, Brigitta
