We are planning a Disney world trip for the first week of December (4th-9th) Should we book now or wait to see if any discounts are offered as the year progresses?

    Hi there Allison!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're more than happy to answer any Disney planning questions you have and this is a great one you've asked today.

Christmas at Walt Disney World is sure to not only put you in the holiday spirit, but also put a huge smile on your face. The holidays at Disney are my favorite!

If there is a resort that you know you want to call home during your December visit, I would go ahead and reserve a Magic Your Way vacation package. This package includes your resort room, theme park tickets, and the optional Disney Dining Plan. Once you've noticed that holiday discounts are being offered, you can call 407-939-1936 and ask the Cast Member to apply the most recent discount to your existing package. This ensures that you have your top choice for lodging for the most magical time of year at Disney.

Allison, don't forget about Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! This exclusive event requires a special ticket. But believe me, you won't want to miss the holiday parade, fireworks and all of the holiday treats you can stand!

Have a magical time planning your December Disney days! If you have questions about Advanced Dining Reservation or FastPass+, please stop by and visit with us again soon.
