    I am planning on going to Disney World on or about July or August 2008 where would be the best value?

    I would suggest looking at the Disney's Value Resorts.  Disney has 4 resorts in this category.  The All-Star Resorts offer many different themes, the downside, is the busing tends to get hairy scary, there are buses, its just that the bus goes to all three properties, sometimes it fills up, and need to wait for a second.  The Pop Century has only one bus stop, and one bus to and from the hotel, so only the guests at Pop Century load and unload.  All four resorts have food courts, and pizza.  We don't spend much time in our room, really just to sleep.  Hope you have a fantastic trip!!!
