We are planning to be at Disney World April 2021. My understanding you have to buy tickets AND you have to reserve the days to be at the park. How easy is it to reserve and where do we go to reserve? Thanks

    Hello Rich,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with such an important question about visiting the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort this coming April.  Spring at Walt Disney World Resort is such a pretty time of yEar to visit, and for 2021, Guests will be treated to a Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival from March 3rd through to July 5th.

It sure sounds like you've already been doing some great research for your upcoming trip!  Your understanding is correct, Guests do indeed require both valid Theme Park Tickets (linked to their My Disney Experience account) and a Theme Park Reservation made via the Disney Park Pass System.

Follow these simple steps to reserve your Disney Theme Park days -

    - Create a My Disney Experience account

    - Purchase Theme Park Tickets & link to My Disney Experience

    - Using the Disney Park Pass System, select your Theme Park days

    - Additionally, don't forget to link any Disney Resort hotel reservations or make Advanced Dining Reservations!

As an extra resource I thought you may find this Disney Parks Blog ~  Introducing the Disney Park Pass System for Reserving Theme Park Visits to Walt Disney World Resort, (which also includes a handy know-before-you-go video!) to be a super useful planning tool for your upcoming vacation.

I'm also pleased to share that tickets with Park Hopper Option are now available.  This zip-a-dee-doo-dah option gives Guests the opportunity to maximise the magic by visiting more than 1 Theme Park in a day!  Typically during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, the Park Hopper Option opens at 2pm each day and runs until scheduled park closing hours.

If you have any further questions Rich, please do pop back to planDisney and I'll be glad to help!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
