    We are planning our Disney Vacation October 12-17. We plan on doing MK on Oct 14 & 16. I see that the Not So Scary Halloween Party is happening those evenings. We didn't intend to purchase extra tickets. Does MK close early for regular ticket holders?

    Hi Ami!

         Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party typically begins at 7:00 pm. On Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party nights the Magic Kingdom is open to regular guests from its scheduled opening time in the morning until 7:00 pm. The Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party officially starts at 7:00 pm and those with a ticket to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are typically given a wristband to wear which gives them access to the party. Magic Kingdom guests with regular park tickets will not be given access to the rides and the lands of the Magic Kingdom after 7:00 pm because they will not have a wristband. Keep in mind that you still will be able to shop along Main Street USA as you make your way out of the Magic Kingdom after the party begins. You may want to schedule your Magic Kingdom days on a day that does not have a Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to maximize your park time if you do not want to purchase a Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket.
