We are planning a Disney vacation for November with a 2y/o and 5y/o We are looking at possibly staying at Port Orleans. My question is Riverside or French Quarter and why? Thanks!

Hi Tamra - That's a great question!  The two sides of Port Orleans are very different, even though they are part of the same resort.

My personal preference is Port Orleans French Quarter, because it's quieter and much smaller, but you'll still have access to the amenities at Riverside.  It's just a short walk away.  In addition, I find the transportation situation to be easier at the French Quarter. But, if you do want to be at the busier resort, you should consider Riverside - there's a lot more going on there!

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
