I am planning a 2019 Disney vacation for next summer but am not sure what days the Not so Scary Halloween is on. I would like to plan my itinerary accordingly with the festival. Do you have any suggestions?

    Howdy Jennifer!

I have a sneaking suspicion that you and I are birds of a feather. I like to plan trips well in advance too, especially trips to Walt Disney World Resort!

The 2019 dates for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party have not yet been released, but I have found that the event dates for prior years are a pretty good indicator of future party dates. The 2018 dates begin on August 17th and the last party takes place on Halloween night. If you are hoping to enjoy a night trick-or-treating and taking in all the shows at Magic Kingdom Park during the summer of 2019, I suggest you book a stay some time during the last two weeks of August. It looks highly probable that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be celebrated several times during those weeks.

Oh, and be sure to get situated along the parade route well before the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade begins because you certainly don't want to miss the Headless Horseman go by!

Enjoy your planning and please let us know if there's any additional information we can provide. We'd love to help!

    Best wishes and pixie dust,
    Jill
